Audit Committee
The Audit Committee of the IMUNA Foundation is responsible for making sure that the Foundation’s financial reports are accurate and reliable. The committee reviews financial statements and ensures IMUNA follows all necessary rules and regulations. The members of the Audit Committee are appointed by the Board of Directors for a one-year term.
