The provisional Programme of Events is a timetable that gives an overview of all activities taking place at the IMUNA 2027 conference. Please note that this programme is subject to change.

Thursday, 03 June 2027

    • 16.30 - 18.00  Workshop for Student Officers (mandatory)
    • 18.00 - 20.00  Student Officers Dinner (sign up required)
    • 18.30 - 20.00  Evening Programme for participants arriving on Thursday,
      open-boat canal tour through Alkmaar’s historic center (sign up required)
    • 20.00 - 20.30  Participants meet their host families

    • 09.00 - 11.00  Meeting of all forums: informal lobbying
    • 10.00 - 10.30  Workshop for beginning delegates (optional, location: auditorium)
    • 11.00 - 12.00  Opening Ceremonies with Opening Speeches
    • 12.00 - 14.00  Lunch available
    • 12.00 - 17.00  Computer Room and Approval Panel open
    • 12.00 - 17.00  All forums in session
    • 17.00 - 17.30  Student Officer debriefing
    • 17.00 - 17.30  Participants meet their host families
    • 17.00 - 18.00  Reception for MUN-Directors, Special Guests, Student Officers and Executive Staff
