The Executive Staff
The IMUNA Conferences are a series of MUN conferences organised by students of the Murmellius Gymnasium for students around the globe. Because of this, the IMUNA Conferences are not only fantastic conferences, they are a learning experience for all involved as well. The Executive Staff is responsible for the day-to-day running of the conference. They all have extensive Model United Nations experience and possess excellent organising skills.
Ms. Femke Boersma
Secretary-General
Hi! My name is Femke Boersma and this year I will be fulfilling the role of Secretary-General of IMUNA. I am excited about my key role in organising the 29th edition of this incredible conference. Together with this year’s incredibly-motivated Staff, I am sure that the 29th conference will be a great success. During IMUNA, I will be available to help you with everything that you might need. Hello! My name is Chantal Verhoeks, and this year I will be fulfilling the role of Deputy Secretary-General. Internal affairs, such as the theme, issues and Student Officers are addressed as my responsibility. I am really looking forward to this year’s IMUNA and hope to see you all this summer!

Financial Manager
Hi! My name is Wietske Talsma and I will fulfill the role of Financial Manager. I will be responsible for how your participation fee is spent. I am very excited to be a part of the Staff and I’m looking forward to seeing you all in June!

Ms. Rosa Olbers
Art Director
Hi, my name is Rosa Olbers and I will be fulfilling the role of Art Director this year. After a year of being the Deputy Art Director, this year will be the first one as Art Director. My responsibilities are the exterior presentation of the conference and the organisation of the party. I am very excited and hope to meet you all this summer!

Deputy Art Director
Hello, I am Merel Douma and will be fulfilling the role of Deputy Art Director. I’ll be assisting Rosa Olbers (Art Director) to guarantee this event will be looking flawless. This will be my first year joining the Executive Staff and I am very excited. I hope to see you all this summer!

Housing Coordinator
Hi! My name is Linde Mare Houtzagers and I will be the Housing Coordinator this year. I will be responsible for arranging and optimising housing for all IMUNA participants. I have participated in IMUNA before, but this will be my first time helping organise it. I am very excited to be part of the Executive Staff of IMUNA 2023. Hope to see you soon!

Ms. Eva Bogtstra
Head of Catering Services
Hi! My name is Eva Bogtstra and I will be fulfilling the role of Head of Catering Services this year. Along with my deputy Fee, I will be taking care of the lunches during IMUNA with the help of our lovely Catering Assistants. I am very happy to join the amazing IMUNA staff and I look forward to seeing you all in June!

Hello! My name is Fee Wevers and I will be fulfilling the role of Deputy Head of Catering Services. I have been a Catering Assistant for a few years and now look forward to helping organise this event. I am, along with Eva, in charge of preparing lunch with our staff of Catering Assistants during the wonderful days in June. I hope to see you at IMUNA 2023.

Hi! My name is Josephine Mooij and this year I will be fulfilling the role of Head of Administrative Affairs. Which, in short, means I will be taking care of our beloved Admins. Mr. Thijmen Voskuilen
Head of Information Technology
Hello, my name is Thijmen Voskuilen and with the experience I gained last year as deputy, I am looking forward to fulfilling the role of Head of Information Technology this year. My job is to manage the database, print the badges, update the website and to simply make sure that the computers are functioning. During IMUNA, I will be available to help if the computers stop working. I am looking forward to seeing you during IMUNA this year!

Mr. Levi Möhringer
Deputy Head of Information Technology
Hello! My name is Levi Möhringer. This edition of IMUNA, I will endeavor to execute my part as Deputy Head of Information Technology as fine as possible. Together with the Head of Information Technology Thijmen, whom I will be assisting, we are responsible for updating the website, managing the database and helping people out with the technology at the conference. Although I did help with small tasks like setting up conference rooms last year, IMUNA is surprisingly new to me. I am thrilled with my role in the Staff and I look forward to seeing you, mid-June, at the conference!
