Each year, IMUNA participants receive a Certificate of Participation recognizing their involvement in our conferences. If you have misplaced your original certificate or would like a digital copy for your records, you can request a PDF copy of one or more certificates from past conferences by clicking the button below.
To help us locate your records, please provide as much accurate information as possible in the request form. Once your request has been processed, your certificate(s) will be sent to the email address you provide.
