The Executive Staff

IMUNA is a conference organised by students of the Murmellius Gymnasium, for students around the globe. Because of this, IMUNA is not only a fantastic conference, it is a learning experience for all as well. The Executive Staff is responsible for the day-to-day running of the conference. They all have extensive Model United Nations experience and possess excellent organising skills. On this note, we are proud to present to you this year’s Executive Staff.

Ms Nathalie Ooms

Secretary-General

Hello! My name is Nathalie Ooms, and after spending one year as Head of Administrative Affairs, I am glad to inform you that I will be the Secretary-General for this 27th edition of our conference. Together with my amazing Executive Staff, we will make IMUNA 2021 a great success. I hope to see you all at our conference, and that this year’s IMUNA will be an everlasting memory for you!

Deputy Secretary-General

Hi there! I am Alexandra Nastas and I will be fulfilling the role of Deputy Secretary-General this year. I will be managing the internal affairs, such as the theme, issues, and Student Officers. We hope you’re all excited to pick up debating again after a one-year break. We are all looking forward to seeing you in June in Alkmaar!

Mr Liam Ory

Financial Manager

Hello, I am Liam Orij and I am the financial manager of IMUNA 2021. I am responsible for the finances of IMUNA. This is my first year being involved with IMUNA. I am very excited to be part of the Executive Staff of IMUNA 2021 and I am looking forward to meeting you this summer!

Mr Daniel Amidirad

Art Director

Hello, my name is Daniel Amidirad and I may once again fulfil the role of Art Director. Together with my deputy, Anaïs Scholte, I will ensure that your time at our conference will be a time looked back on fondly. My responsibilities are namely the exterior presentation of the conference and the organisation of the party. I look forward to seeing you all in June!

Ms Anaïs Scholte

Deputy Art Director

Hello, my name is Anaïs Scholte and I will be acting as Deputy Art Director of IMUNA 2021. I will be helping Daniel Amidirad with providing the entourage and the party of this inspiring conference. This year I will be joining the STAFF for the first time and I am very proud to be part of this team. I look forward to welcoming you here in Alkmaar!

Ms Coco de Timmerman

Housing Coordinator

Hi! My name is Coco de Timmerman, and I am this year’s housing coordinator. I will be responsible for arranging and optimizing the housing for all IMUNA participants. I have been a delegate once before which was a lot of fun. Apart from that, I’ve had people stay over for 3 years now, and it has never failed to be a unique experience. That’s why I decided to step in and help out. I hope to see you all in June next year!

Ms Faye Bellis

Head of Catering Services

Hi! My name is Faye Bellis and after happily being (Deputy) Head of Catering Services, I am glad to inform you that I will fulfil the role of HCS once again this year. Along with Stijn, the Deputy Head of Catering Services, we take care of the lunch during imuna with our great team of catering assistants. I am looking forward to seeing you all in June!

Mr Stijn Geuzebroek

Deputy Head of Catering Services

Hello, I am Stijn Geuzebroek and 17 years old. This year I will be fulfilling the function of Deputy Head of Catering Services, after being a Catering Assistant myself for two years and deputy for one. After this very though year we hope that we can organize a great conference to forget the past year and look ahead to the future while also making some new memories. Hope to see you soon!

Hi! My name is Ella Groen and I am this year’s Head of Administrative Affairs. This means that I will be at the Reception Desk and I will be taking care of the admins. This is my first year at IMUNA so I am very excited. I can’t wait to see you all in June!

Head of Promotions

Hello there. My name is Thomas Zhang and I am 16 years old. After being a delegate for three years I will be fulfilling the role of Head of Promotions. This means that I am, among other things, in charge of sponsorship of IMUNA. I look forward to seeing you all at this year’s conference!

Head of Information Technology

Hi there! My name is Glenn Weeland, 17 years old, and, as Head of Information Technology, I am responsible for the website, database and any other technical aspect of the event. With one year of staff experience and this being my final year in the IMUNA executive staff, I will provide IMUNA with my IT knowledge, making sure that this part of the event goes off smoothly.
